It all started when...

Studying under Sharon Bowman, author of multiple books on structuring learning to improve retention, I realized that humor is the glue that brings us together. It struck me that the most memorable events, training and presentations all utilized humor to engage their audiences.

Humor reduces tension.

Humor engages employees.

Humor helps us remember a message.

I now speak internationally on the value of humor in the workplace, and help coach others who need to deliver a message with impact.
